FOR SPECIAL ATTENTION OF STUDENTS
At the first bell all must fall into line immediately. Pupils expected to obey the Captains appointed in the class
In going from one class room to another for special subjects, all shall move in an orderly manner, under the supervision of the captains.
Strictly regularity and punctuality, obedience, courtesy in words and deed, cleanliness in dress and person and proper care of book and school's property are expected from every pupil.
Irregular attendance, neglect of homework, habitual lack of interest in school work, stealing, misconduct even outside the School premises, wilful and for the dismissal of the child from school.
Pupils are responsible to the school authorities not only for their conduct in school but also for their general behaviour outside. Any report of objectionable conduct on part of any pupil will make him or her liable for disciplinary action. Hence misbehaviour in public places and conveyances is liable to the same action.
The principal, in the interest of the school may ask a parent/guardian to withdraw his child/ward should the child's conduct or behaviour not in the common interest of the school and its smooth working.
All pupils are required to wear the school uniform. Neatness in dress and person should be cultivated by every pupil. Long nails, nail polish, jewellery or the bringing of expensive articles to school is prohibited.
All should be particularly careful to throw the wastes etc, into the dust bin provided for this purpose.
No book (other them what is prescribed), periodicals, cell phones, etc. may be brought into the school premises.
All are expected to speak in English in school to be able to express themselves in written and oral work.
Gifts to members of the staff or other demonstrations in their honour require the previous sanction of the principal. All pupils should endeavour to excel in the practice of good manners and obedience of their teachers.
Once the children report to school, they must not leave the school premises without the permission of the principal. The school will not be responsible for the progress and safety of offenders in this respect.
During recess, no pupil is to remain in any of the classroom. pupils are expected to attend all school functions.
Every pupil must take part in school games and other activities, unless declared physically unfit by a medical certificate or exempted by the principal.
Collection of money for any purpose whatsoever requires the principal's sanction. no one may self-raffle tickets etc. without the explicit permission of the principal. However, children are encouraged to practice humanitarian values by means of "sparing and sparing "and such collections to help the unfortunate will be entirely voluntary. This does not pertain to special programmes arranged for the children e.g. film shows, variety entertainment etc.
Pupil are themselves responsible for their own book, fountains pens, cycles, Tiffin carriers, or any other article they may bring to school.
Pupils may not use ball point pens in school as they are harmful to the development of good handwriting.
No pupil may be absent except for special reasons for which leave should be applied for in writing by parent/guardian in the leave Record of this Almanac, Oral messages will not be accepted.
75% attendance is compulsory to appear for the Board Exams, otherwise they will be barred from appearing for the assessment.
